Since 2022, Tina’s 4Ever flowers has been bringing joy and reverence to residents in The Beaches and beyond through the language of flowers and exceptional customer service. We would like you to experience the utmost satisfaction with every Forever purchase. Below, you will find our official policies for flower and plant purchases.

Can I return my order?

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns. Once the flowers have been delivered, they cannot be returned or exchanged with exceptions to goods damaged during shipment or flowers spoiling within 3 days.

What should I do if I receive damaged items?

We exercise utmost care to ensure that the products we deliver meet our quality standards but due to the perishable nature of our goods, unforeseen circumstances are always possible. In the unlikely event that a product is damaged during delivery, we will endeavour to respond as promptly as possible by resending an equivalent product, etc.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product while providing the order number and clear photos of the damaged flowers.

What is your refund policy?

We will strive to provide the same, or equal replacement if flowers or plants are damaged or spoiled upon delivery and if we are unable to do so, provide alternate resolution in the form of store credit or a full refund of the product. We do require clear photos showing the conditions of the flowers or plant, and valid claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the product. Please note personal reasons such as “not liking the item” or “change of mind” are not valid grounds for reimbursement. Damage caused by the customer’s own actions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Additionally, discounted items sold “as is” are final sale and are not covered by the refund policy. We appreciate your understanding.
