FAQ

Do you offer same day or last minute delivery?

Yes, we provide same-day or last minute delivery for flower and plant orders placed before 3PM. If you have an order after that and require it urgently, give us a call at (905) 962-2762 or email us at tinas.4ever.flowers@gmail.com and we shall make every effort to serve you.

Can I specify a time for my delivery?

While we cannot ensure guarantees on delivery times, you may specify a preferred delivery window and we’ll try our best to accommodate you.

What if the recipient isn’t present for delivery?

If the recipient isn’t available we will try to leave the gift in a safe spot or by their doorstep. We will also inform the recipient of their flower delivery.

Do you offer custom arrangements for organizations and events?

Yes, our florists are trained and specialize in creating custom arrangements for special events and every occasion. Contact us at tinas.4ever.flowers@gmail.com and we’ll happily discuss your request!

Can I customize my flowers?

Yes, we always offer customization options as well as accept “inspo” images for your personal bouquets and arrangements. Drop us an e-mail at tinas.4ever.flowers@gmail.com to further discuss your requirements.

When and where do you deliver?

We typically deliver flowers everyday after 7pm after the work day, including occasional deliveries slightly before or during our store hours (10am-7pm). During major holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day we operate extended hours and delivery times are 9am-8pm.

Including The Beaches, we also deliver same-day or next-day flowers to East Toronto, North York, Don Mills South, East York Markham, Scarborough and The GTA. If you have a delivery just outside these locations, feel free to contact us and we’ll assist you the best we can.

Will the flowers be fresh when they arrive?

Absolutely. At Tina’s, we do our utmost to source the freshest flowers from our select few vendors, and diligently restock our coolers 2-3 times a week. With purchases directly through our website, we can ensure your blooms will be as fresh as possible.

In the event that the flowers arrived spoiled, please reach us within 3 days and we’ll find you a resolution as promptly as possible.
