To ensure timely delivery and products meeting your satisfaction, we may need to make substitutions of flowers depending on seasonality and regional availability
These substitutions are always of equal or higher value
We will strive to match the floral hues, look, shape and style of your selection to meet our quality standards
Single variety arrangements, such as Rose Bouquets, will have the floral genus prioritized over colour. (i.e., we will replace with another colour of Roses of similar hue instead a completely different flower)
